Employment Specialist -- Full Time

Bridgeways seeks an individual to work with clients living with disabilities associated with mental illness.  The Employment Specialist provides vocational assessments, benefits counseling, and assistance with developing an employment plan.  The Employment Specialist is also responsible for job development in the community.   This position works closely with employers, DVR, and other community employment resources and participate with clinical behavioral health team providing recovery-based services. 

Minimum Requirements:

• Agency Affiliated Counselor Registration required 
• BA/BS in mental health and experience in vocational rehabilitation or related field preferred 
• Valid Washington State Drivers License

ARNP -- Part Time

Bridgeways is seeking an ARNP to provide evaluations, medication consultation and refills for our clients. The ARNP will consult with our Psychiatrist, the treatment team and families when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• Licensing with Washington State

• Must have full prescriptive authority

• Knowledge/experience with psychotropic medications for adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses/co-occurring disorders.

On-Call Mental Health Assessors

If you are a skilled, energetic clinician, experienced in providing clinical services and outreach to adults with mental health concerns, and meet the WAC definition as a Mental Health Professional, Bridgeways would love to have you join our team.

We are seeking a pool of On-Call Mental Health Assessors to assist with overflow of intake assessments during regular business hours (8:30 am to 5:00 pm), Monday through Friday.
