Clinician II – Full Time

Requirements: Masters in psychology and/or behavior health or related field. Valid WSDL, Counselor’s Registration required. MHP Preferred.
Peer Specialist – Part Time
Job Duties: Certified Peer Specialist, to provide mental health support services to adults with severe and persistent mental illness in the Snohomish County PACT Program.
Requirements: Qualified applicants will have utilized mental health services and have 1 year minimum recovery. Must have completed Washington State Certified Training or be willing to obtain the certified training in one year from hire date
Mental Health Aide – Full Time
Job Duties: Assists Mental Health Care Providers in providing client’s treatment goals, medication compliance, psychiatric and medical appointments, as well as support in daily living skills and development appropriate personal support network.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED, 6 months related experience and/or training. Valid WSDL, WA St. Counselor’s Registration, First Aid/CPR/HIV Training & Food Handler’s permit required.
Wire Shop Production Lead
Job Duties: Organizes and prioritizes work per production schedule, high level of involvement in ISO/AS9100 Quality System, leads second shift crew, and assists Director of Manufacturing as necessary. Assists with quality control including in-process and/or first part inspections, as well as conducts final inspection quality workmanship, overall appearance and compliance with all technical specifications.
Requirements: HS Diploma, advanced training in mechanical assembly, blueprint reading and supervision. Previous ISO/AS9100 experience preferred.
Psychiatrist – PT/Contract
Job Duties: Support services and programs designed and conducted in a manner to facilitate growth, independence, and a sense of community. Provide psychiatric evaluations and full medication evaluations, review all lab results, consults with ARNP, treatment team, and families when appropriate. Work with some individuals who experience treatment-refractory illnesses; must possess the expertise and patience necessary to titrate medications & provide psycho-education as needed. 8 to 10 hours per week.
Requirements: MD and licensed with Washington State. Must have full prescriptive authority. Knowledge/experience with psychotropic medications for adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses/co-occurring disorders.
