BRIDGEWAYS' BOARD OF DIRECTORS
William DeGroodt – Board President
Bill joined the Board in 2002 and is serving his first term as President. He is the President of Kurve Technology, Inc. Bill’s background includes numerous national executive positions with medical device companies. He has a Master's Degree in Industrial Management, and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics. Bill is the Chair of the Board’s Client Services Committee.
Tony Orso – Vice President
Tony joined the Board January 2009, and is serving his first term as Vice President. Tony is the Regional Director for OpenWorks, a commercial facilities services company. Tony’s extensive background includes fifteen years of sales and sales management, fifteen years of operations management and several years as a small business owner. Tony is a long-time resident of Snohomish County along with his wife, children and grandchildren. He is the Chair the Board’s Enterprise Services Committee.
Bill Kelly – Secretary and Treasurer
Bill has served on the Board since 2002. As of the beginning of 2012, Bill is enjoying retirement! He had served as the Controller for Nelson Petroleum, and held controller/finance positions in the petroleum and construction industries for over 25 years. He has an MBA in financial management. Bill has held leadership roles in Boy Scouts of America. He is the Chair of the Board’s Finance Committee.
Paul Dennis – Immediate Past President
Paul has served on the Board since 2001. He is President of an industrial management company, P.A.L. Enterprises, LLC, and a member of the Everett Rotary. Previous experience consists of 35 years in the petroleum industry, as well as serving on several corporate boards. Paul was also owner of PetroSorb, an environmental oil-absorbing cleanup material marketed internationally. Paul is the Chair of the Facilities and Maintenance Committee.
Dr. Kira Mauseth
Dr. Mauseth is the newest member of Bridgeways’ board, joining in March 2011. A Licensed Clinical Psychologist, practicing in Everett, Dr. Mauseth earned her MA and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Seattle University. She has worked extensively in community mental health with adolescents and adults doing clinical and forensic assessment as well as group and individual therapy. Dr. Mauseth also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Seattle University, teaching several courses in psychology. Her interests and experience will bolster our Client Services Committee.
Deidre joined the Bridgeways board in February 2011. With over 30 years experience in providing tax and accounting services, Deidre is a CPA with the Lynnwood firm, Roberts & Co. CPA's. Deidre has worked with countless nonprofit clients over the years. She is a member of the Washington Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs. Her extensive experience is a great asset to our Finance Committee.
