COMMUNITY PROGRAMS Bridgeways supports adults living with severe and persistent mental illness so they can thrive in their communities and build connections with other service providers, friends and family. We base our mental health care services on the “Recovery Model.” It is helpful to think of it as a process or journey rather than a destination or cure. We tailor each individual’s services to meet their specific treatment goals while promoting self esteem, dignity, choice and pride in their daily accomplishments. The Bridgeways treatment team conducts recovery-based services in a manner that starts with client voice and choice and focuses on their strengths and natural supports. The treatment team works with the individual to develop recovery-oriented goals on their treatment plan and provides appropriate services to support them in their self-defined recovery.
