Clinical Services

Bridgeways supports adults living with severe and persistent mental illness so they can thrive in their communities and build connections with other service providers, friends and family. We base our mental health care services on the “Recovery Model.”  It is helpful to think of it as a process or journey rather than a destination or cure. We tailor each individual’s services to meet their specific treatment goals while promoting self esteem, dignity, choice and pride in their daily accomplishments.

Outpatient Services and Intensive Outpatient Program

Recovery-based programs and services start with individual voice and choice, focusing on each participant’s strengths and natural supports.  Utilizing Motivational Interviewing, Crisis Intervention and Cognitive Behavior Therapy, our team works with each individual, developing recovery-oriented goals, and providing appropriate services – supporting them in their self-defined recovery.  

Eligibility: Medicaid eligible, meets Access to Care Criteria (for RSN-funded Medicaid), and/or is on a CR/LR, LOCUS Level 1-3 (Outpatient Services); LOCUS Level 3-5 (Intensive Outpatient Program).

Medication Training and Support (Part of OP and IOP services)

• 1:1 medication training, coaching, in-home supportAssistance with ordering and refilling medications
• Coordination and advocacy with prescribers and pharmacies

Sparrow House Drop-In Center Provides meals, socialization and peer-led activities.
