Donna Konicki, Executive Director, joined Bridgeways in 1996 as Director of Finance and Administration. She has extensive experience working in non-profit corporations and foundations. Donna has also served as a United Way Loaned Executive as well as volunteering on other non profit boards. Donna holds a Bachelor's of Science in Accounting from Central Washington University with additional post-baccalaureate training in Psychology. |
Nathalie Gauteron, Clinical Director, returns to Bridgeways and has over 12 years of experience in providing clinical & administrative community mental health services for adults with severe and persistent mental illness. She is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, has provided individual and group treatment, has extensive experience and training on Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and was involved in developing programs for a Snohomish County Trauma Pilot Project involving intensive services to clients with PTSD. |
Kenneth Beecher, Director of Finance & Administration, joined Bridgeways in October 2007. Ken provides for significant experience in non-profit finance, accounting, auditing, and management skills. He is past president and a current active board member of a local Lions club, a non-profit volunteer based community support organization. Ken holds a degree of Bachelor of Science specializing in accounting from Central Washington University, and has significant postgraduate training in related fields as well.

Nancy Elliott, Human Resources Director, joined Bridgeways in 2005. She has 17 years experience in Human Resources, Training and Development, Regulatory Compliance, Security and Disaster Management. Prior to joining Bridgeways, Nancy spent 14 years with the former EverTrust Financial Group and held the position of Human Resources Director and was a key member of the Management Team. Nancy has served on the Snohomish County Campfire Board for several years.

| Jeff Patterson,Director of Development and Marketing,
joined Bridgeways in January 2009. Jeff works to promote community awareness and raise funds in support of Bridgeways programs. He has worked in the field of nonprofit fund development for over nine years, raising money for a number of different organizations in the Seattle area. He also enjoys volunteer work, having served on the board of Puget Sound Grantwriters Association and the fundraising committee for PAWS, to name a few. He currently volunteers for the City of Lynnwood on a community grants review panel. |
