Bridgeways clinical, housing and employment programs are designed, managed, administered and supported by our Leadership Team:


Donna Konicki CEO Donna joined Bridgeways in 1996 as Director of Finance and Administration. She has extensive experience working in the nonprofit arena. Donna has also served as a United Way Loaned Executive and has volunteered on other nonprofit boards. Donna holds a Bachelor's of Science in Accounting from Central Washington University with additional post-baccalaureate training in Psychology.

Cindy Ainsley – Director of Clinical Quality Improvement Cindy is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 20 years of experience working with individuals and their families struggling to cope with mental illness. Cindy’s Vassar College undergraduate degree is in Biopsychology, and her MA is in Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University/Washington School of Professional Psychology. Cindy has worked in the North Sound region since 1991 as Clinician/Case Manager, Clinical Manager, and Quality Manager before accepting employment at Bridgeways in February, 2010.

Kenneth Beecher Director of Finance & Administration Joining Bridgeways in 2007,

Ken brings significant experience in nonprofit finance, accounting, auditing and management as well as managing large government contracts and grants. Ken holds a Bachelor of Science degree, specializing in accounting from Central Washington University, and has significant postgraduate training in related fields as well. He is past president and a current active board member of a local Lions Club.

Anji Jorstad – Director of Housing ServicesJoining Bridgeways in 2009, Anji brings 16 years of experience providing clinical and housing services to adults with mental illness in Snohomish County. Anji is a Licensed Advanced Social Worker and Mental Health Professional, and oversees a continuum of housing services available to Bridgeways clients. Anji is an active participant in local and statewide organizations focused on developing supportive housing and ending homelessness, including the Snohomish County Homeless Policy Task Force, the Everett and Snohomish County Housing Consortium, and is a board member of the Washington State Homeless Coalition.

Vicki Hofmann – Director of Employment Services Rejoining Bridgeways in April 2010, Vicki worked with Bridgeways for fifteen years prior to “retirement” in 2004. She brings back to Bridgeways extensive knowledge and experience in community mental health programs and services, with special expertise in the area of Employment Services, where she works to help people living with mental illness, find, secure and keep a job. Vicki holds a Bachelors of Science degree in nursing, and has volunteered with the local Red Cross during both local and national disasters.

Jeff Patterson  Director of Development and Marketing Jeff joined Bridgeways in January 2009, working to promote community awareness and raise funds in support of Bridgeways programs. He has worked in the field of nonprofit fund development for over ten years, raising money for a number of different organizations in the Puget Sound area. He’s served on the board of Puget Sound Grantwriters Association and the fundraising committee for PAWS. He currently volunteers for the City of Lynnwood on a community grants review panel and the North Sound Development Association..
