Bridgeways clinical, housing and employment programs are designed, managed, administered and supported by our Leadership Team:


Donna Konicki CEO

Donna joined Bridgeways in 1996 as Director of Finance and Administration. She has extensive experience working in the nonprofit arena. Donna has also served as a United Way Loaned Executive and has volunteered on other nonprofit boards.  Donna holds a BS degree in Accounting from Central Washington University with additional post-baccalaureate training in Psychology.

Nancy Elliott Director of Human Resources & Corporate Compliance Officer

Nancy has 21 years’ experience in the field of Human Resources and Compliance.  Prior to joining Bridgeways in 2005, Nancy spent 14 years with the former EverTrust Financial Group and held the position of Human Resources Director, serving as a key member of the Management Team. Nancy served on the Snohomish County Campfire Board for several years.

Cindy FerraroDirector of Clinical Quality Improvement

Cindy is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with more than 20 years’ experience working with individuals and their families struggling to cope with mental illness. Cindy’s Vassar College undergraduate degree is in Biopsychology, and her MA is in Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University/Washington School of Professional Psychology. Cindy has worked in the North Sound region since 1991 as Clinician/Case Manager, Clinical Manager, and Quality Manager before coming to Bridgeways in February, 2010.

 

Crystal Hernandez, CPA – Controller

Crystal came on board in January, 2012 as our Controller. With a Master’s of Accountancy from the University of Oregon, Crystal has more than 10 years of public accounting experience and 20 years of accounting experience with small- to mediums-size businesses. Her areas of special expertise include Financial Services, Healthcare Insurance, and Nonprofit Organizations. She volunteers at her local church, and enjoys participating in the United Way Days of Caring.

 

Vicki Hofmann – Director of Employment Services

Rejoining Bridgeways in April 2010, Vicki worked with Bridgeways for 15 years prior to “retirement” in 2004. She brings back to Bridgeways extensive knowledge and experience in community mental health programs and services, with special expertise in the area of Employment Services, where she works to help people living with mental illness, find, secure and keep a job. Vicki holds a BS degree in nursing, and has volunteered with the local Red Cross during both local and national disasters. 

 

Anji Jorstad – Director of Clinical and Housing Services

Joining Bridgeways in 2009, Anji brings 17 years of experience providing clinical and housing services to adults with mental illness in Snohomish County. Anji is a Licensed Advanced Social Worker and Mental Health Professional, and oversees a continuum of housing services available to Bridgeways clients. Anji participates in local and statewide organizations focused on developing supportive housing and ending homelessness, including the Snohomish County Homeless Policy Task Force, and the Everett and Snohomish County Housing Consortium.

 

Jeff Patterson – Director of Development and Marketing

Jeff joined Bridgeways in January 2009, working to raise funds in support of Bridgeways programs. He’s worked in nonprofit fund development for over ten years, raising money for several organizations in the Puget Sound area. He’s served on the board of Puget Sound Grantwriters Association and a community grants review panel for the City of Lynnwood. Jeff is currently Board President of the North Sound Development Association.

 

Ken PielDirector of Manufacturing and Business Development

Bridgeways production operations have successfully supported the region’s aerospace industry for over twenty-five years. Ken Piel came on board in December 2010 to expand this base of work and to introduce our manufacturing capabilities to other Northwest markets demanding high-quality standards. Ken has held senior management positions with Kenworth Truck Company, Genie Industries, Inc., Western Marine Electronics and AeroGo, among others. Ken has also started several of his own businesses.
